Poppa Neutrino would like to thank Mike and Anna of the Down N' Dirty Bike Club of Winona, who have given him a bike along with a trailer for his little Boston Terrier, Boop, to ride in. Poppa reports that
Down N' Dirty Bike Club fixes bikes and paints them black and red, then places them all over the town of Winona for people to freely use.
They are a great organization who give everything away. They could use donations of bike parts, bikes in need of repair, funds, etc., to help their efforts.

Poppa Neutrino, Eric Hyde, and June Kellum start the Common Ground Airforce (CGA)
The purpose of the Common Ground Airforce will be
to "bomb" countries in need with seeds, information, tools, and other useful and helpful items for
the benefit of all who are in need.
Common Ground Airforce needs volunteers for all aspects of its operation; at start up, CGA especially needs
donations of equipment and supplies, and computer savvy bloggers and fund raisers. Contact info@commongroundnavy.com

Common Ground Navy has begun construction of their first raft
in Red Wing, Minnesota,
under the direction of Poppa Neutrino, of the Floating Neutrinos, along with June Kellum and Eric Hyde. Their intention is to float the Mississippi
and ultimately to send Common Ground Navy rafts all over the globe. They are also connected with Common Ground Relief in New Orleans, where there is an ongoing project to build rafts for hurricane rescue and shelter.
Common Ground Navy's current raft building project
is being hosted by
Mr. Brad Smith, owner of the Harbor Bar Resort, which is directly across the Mississippi River from Red Wing,
Minnesota. Mr. Smith has hosted the start-up of many other rafting expeditions on the Mississippi. Common Ground Navy
is the biggest raft project to be hosted here so far. Mr. Smith's contribution to the building of the Common Ground Navy is deeply appreciated.
If anyone is interested in beginning a trip on the Mississippi, Harbor Bar Resort is the ideal place to begin, just below Minneapolis, MN.
Common Ground Navy is grateful for the efforts of many people in getting its start:
Don Paul and Malik of Common Ground Relief, Katz, Olivia, Will, Emily, Kevin, Casey, and many others.
Poppa Neutrino, founder of Common Ground Navy, is issuing an invitation to come rafting down the Mississippi, across the
Gulf of Mexico, through the Panama Canal and across the Pacific to China; or any part of this itinerary.
